Find Your Perfect Fit
We want your JW Diamonds piece to feel as good as it looks. To help you choose the right size, we have made it easy to measure at home using our size chart. All sizes on our product pages follow the Australian sizing standard, so please refer to the conversion charts below before placing your order.
How to Measure a Ring That Already Fits
Have a ring that fits just right? Here is how to check the size:
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you will wear your new piece on.
- Measure the inside diameter (in millimetres) using a ruler or calliper.
- Use our international conversion chart below to find your right ring size.
How to Measure Your Finger Using a String or Paper Strip
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger (where the ring will sit).
- Mark the spot where the ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the length (in millimetres) using a ruler.
- Match the measured length to the circumference column in our ring size chart below to find your size.
Helpful Tips
- To ensure your ring fits comfortably, we recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when it is at its natural size.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.
- For the most reliable result, compare with a ring that already fits you well. It is a simple and trusted method.
Resizing & Fit Support
Resizing is available in the following cases, subject to assessment and design suitability:
- If you ordered the wrong size
If you have ordered the incorrect size by mistake, we offer one complimentary resize, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. - If your ring size changes after purchase
If your ring size changes due to personal circumstances, you may be eligible for one complimentary resize within the warranty period, subject to assessment.
In both cases, customers will need to email us at or book an appointment so the ring can be assessed by our team before resizing.

- One complimentary resize is included per item.
- Any additional resizing requests may incur a nominal fee.
- Complimentary resizing is subject to design limitations, stone setting feasibility and availability.
